Today we read a story, My Mouth is a Volcano.
Students learned four steps to help them break the habit of interrupting. This simple strategy can be reinforced both at home and school.
1. Bite down hard.
2. Breathe the words out through your nose.
3. When the time is right, breathe the words back in through your mouth.
4. Share your words with another person.

In PE, we have teamed up with all Grade 1 and 2 classes this week to engage in track and field related activities.  Today we practiced the relay races.
