Today in science, we looked at the effects of heating a potato. We learned that the heating a potato results in a change that is both permanent and yummy, and that although the potato did not change states, it certainly underwent changes!  The cooked potato was much more popular than the raw potato!  
 

For the past two weeks, students have been learning about gymnastics the importance of safety when participating in this sport.  Today they enjoyed working through centers on different balances and movement activities.  

 

Art was a messy one!  Students created ripped paper snowmen - and when they were done, it looked like we had a snowstorm in our classroom.
