My favourite activity of the week is the Monday morning write.  Students use a graphic organizer to play and write about their weekends.  We used to do this as a sharing circle, however, now students write and read their stories to each other.  It is absolutely amazing to see the growth they have made as writers over the past 5 months.


In Math, our focus was making and organizing two-digit numbers. 
 

In Phys. Ed. students played a variety of cooperative games, this will be the focus for the entire week.
